Welcome to Shiranee Murugason Ayurveda. By booking or attending a session, downloading resources, or using our website [https://www.shiraneemurugasonayurveda.com/], you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer holistic health and wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • Ayurvedic consultations

  • Ayurvedic massage and therapies

  • Diet and lifestyle guidance (including Surya Packages)

  • Pulse Readings 

  • Yoga and breathwork advice

  • Online resources and guides

Our services are complementary therapies designed to support wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider regarding medical conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, email, or phone.

  • Full payment will be required in advance to confirm & secure your appointment.

  • Prices are clearly stated on the website and may be updated periodically.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please note, we have a 24hr cancellation and amendment policy.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.

4. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or medications before your session.

  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for some conditions (e.g. pregnancy, recent surgery, severe illness, localised wounds, injuries).

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may be unsafe or inappropriate.

  • You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing, including following any advice provided.

5. Online & Remote Sessions

  • Online consultations are delivered via secure video platforms.

  • You are responsible for ensuring a suitable environment for privacy and safety during online sessions.

6. Packages & Programs

  • Packages (such as the Surya Diet & Lifestyle Package) must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed.

  • Packages are valid for a set period (e.g. 3 or 6 months) and must be used within that time.

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable after expiry.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided where legally required or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

  • Digital products (e.g. guides or downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive to provide safe and effective services, results vary for each individual.

  • We do not guarantee outcomes from any consultation, treatment, or program.

  • By using our services, you agree that Shiranee Ayurveda & Yoga is not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes related to treatments or advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, resources, videos, branding) is owned by Shiranee Ayurveda & Yoga and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
