At Shiranee Ayurveda & Yoga, we believe that true wellness comes from addressing the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. Our mission is to make Ayurveda accessible, effective, and supportive, whatever your starting point. We strive to offer personalised, evidence-informed, and compassionate care.
We help people with stress, digestion, sleep, hormonal balance, and lifestyle alignment using time-tested practices — all in a safe, nurturing space (physical or virtual).
Meet Shiranee
My journey into Ayurveda began from a place of deep concern. Watching a loved one suffer from relentless migraines pushed me toward natural healing. This inspired me to further investigate natural remedies where a new passion in Ayurveda was unlocked. My motivation is to help others be in control of their health using time tested natural remedies.
With Sri Lankan Tamil roots, growing up in Singapore, and studying across the UK, California, and Melbourne, I bring a diverse perspective to my work. I hold qualifications as an Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle Consultant, Manual (Massage) Therapist (trained at Ayurveda Pura Academy in East London), and a Sivananda Hatha Yoga Teacher (trained from Sivananda Yoga in Madurai, South Indian ).
My background includes working in Health & Communication (BSc in Speech and Language Science). I worked with Stroke Patients with communication, cognition, speech and swallow difficulties. But Ayurvedic practice became my calling.
Now I guide people through transformation — one ritual, breath and consultation at a time. My hope is to make people more aware of the benefits of natural healthcare remedies which Ayurveda can provide and enable people to feel more in control of their mind, body and soul.
