My Philosophy

After experiencing the power of Ayurveda in my own life, I now help others find balance, clarity, and vitality. My approach blends traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern lifestyle support, tailored to you.

Ayurveda believes that true wellness comes from addressing the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. I strive to offer personalised, evidence-informed, and compassionate care

Now I guide people through guided therapy and consultation to recover their state of balance. My hope is to make people more aware of the benefits of natural healthcare remedies which Ayurveda can provide and enable people to feel more in control of their mind, body and soul.

About Me

My journey into Ayurveda began from a place of deep concern. Watching a loved one suffer from relentless migraines pushed me toward natural healing. This inspired me to further investigate natural remedies where a new passion in Ayurveda was unlocked. My motivation is to help others be in control of their health using time tested natural remedies.

With Sri Lankan Tamil roots, growing up in Singapore, and studying across the UK, California, and Melbourne, I bring a diverse perspective to my work. I hold qualifications as an Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle Consultant, Manual (Massage) Therapist (trained at Ayurveda Pura Academy in East London), and a Sivananda Hatha Yoga Teacher (trained from Sivananda Yoga in Madurai, South India).

My background includes working in Speech & Language Therapy (BSc in Speech and Language Science), where I worked with Stroke Patients with communication, cognition, speech and swallow difficulties.
