Through an in-depth consultation and a personalised lifestyle plan to identify the root cause of your health concern, we will bring your body, mind, and emotions back into harmony.

This one-month program combines traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern lifestyle guidance, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more energised.

Please note: the costs of the suggested Ayurvedic Herbs & Massage Treatments are additional costs and not included in the Surya Program.

How it works

Step 1: Initial Consultation (90 min) / in-person or online

We’ll begin with a detailed discussion of your health, daily routine, and lifestyle habits, followed by a pulse and tongue analysis. (If online, pulse reading is not available).

This information will help determine your dosha type and identify the root causes of your health concerns, where relevant.

Within 7-10 days, a second session will be scheduled to present your personalised plan. This can be arranged to be in person or online.

Step 2: Customised Therapy Plan Creation

Based on your consultation, I’ll design your personalised 4-week plan, tailored to your lifestyle and environment.

It will include guidance on:

  • Diet suggestions

  • Ayurvedic herbs and oils

  • Recommended massage treatments

  • Yoga and breathing exercises

  • Daily routines to incorporate

All suggestions follow authentic Ayurvedic principles and use natural, chemical-free products.

Step 3: Tailored Plan Delivery (45–60 mins )

At the second session, I’ll walk you through your full 4-week therapy plan and ensure you feel supported and confident to begin.


Massage treatments and herbs should be booked and paid for in advance so you are organised & all set to start. We’ll also schedule your final 4-week follow-up at this stage.

Step 4: Follow-Up & Support (Weeks 2–4)

You’ll receive weekly WhatsApp check-ins for support and adjustments.


At the end of the 4 weeks, we’ll meet for a 30-minute final review to assess your progress and decide next steps —

Important Information

  • Treatments are by appointment only.

  • Ayurvedic massage cannot be performed during pregnancy (unless using Garbhini massage), menstruation, or with local injuries or swelling.

  • Packages exclude the cost of massage treatments, herbs and oils.

  • All clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to settle before their session.

  • Your Ayurvedic consultation will include a detailed health and medical history, along with an Ayurvedic pulse and tongue diagnosis.

    Your Ayurvedic consultant will then provide you with a tailored Diet & Lifestyle programme of detoxification techniques, dietary and lifestyle changes, suggested Ayurvedic herbal supplements, and recommendations for specialised Ayurvedic body treatments to rebalance the body. (the suggested Ayurvedic herbal supplements and Ayurvedic body treatments in the tailored programme are all a separate cost)

    The Ayurvedic Consultation will inform you of where the focus will be to reduce the build-up of toxins if seen and to bring back the balance in your health.

  • It will depend on the individual and their presentation. The Plan itself starts at 4 weeks and often rolls over until the individual finds the change needed. 

  • Yes, although pulse readings are not available for online consultations.

  • This is where the Ayurvedic Consultant gets an update on the status of the individual during their Therapy Plan or at the end of it.

    The Ayurvedic Consultant may or may not take another tongue/pulse reading and may suggest herb or massage treatment changes.

  • It involves the use of natural medicated herbal oils and healing stroke techniques customised to an individual’s unique body (dosha) type.

    All Ayurvedic Massage treatments are tailored to an individual’s needs and aim to help to: detoxify, cleanse, rejuvenate and balance the body. Best to wear clothes that you don’t mind oil on.

  • Yes. Yoga is actually included as part of one of the 5 Approaches of Ayurveda in a Diet & Lifestyle Therapy Plan. They both aim to enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being.

    The practice of Yoga is more concerned with the mind and physiology aspects of one’s body whereas Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of medicine with its own unique pharmacological principles.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change.

    • Please note we have a 24hr cancellation and amendment policy. 

    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

    • If we/you need to reschedule your session, you must give more than 24hrs notice ahead of your appointment. You’ll be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

    • Packages (such as the Surya Diet & Lifestyle Package) must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions after expiry are non-refundable.

    • Digital products (such as guides and downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.
