Full Body Massage — Sarvanga Abhyanga (60 mins · £95)
A deeply relaxing rhythmic massage that aids Lymphatic Drainage, promotes circulation, revitalises tissues, and supports detoxification.

Pregnancy Massage-Garbhini Abhyanga (60 mins · £80)
For 2nd & 3rd Trimester only. Gentle, nurturing massage to relieve lower back pain, swelling, and fatigue during pregnancy. Supports circulation and balance for mother and baby.

Post-Natal Massage- Sutika Abhyanga (60 mins ·Price based on treatment choice)
For up to 6 months postpartum. Rejuvenating and restorative massage to help the body recover strength and balance after childbirth.

Post Natal Treatment choices can include: a Full Body Massage (Full Body Abhyanga), a Body Herb Scrub (Udvartana), a Stomach Massage (Nabhi Abhyanga) and a Stomach Basti(Nabhi Basti).

Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage- Shiro Abhyanga (45 mins · £80)
Ideal for tension, migraines, and stress relief. Encourages calm and improves scalp circulation. (this is an oily head treatment)

Stomach Massage- Nabhi Abhyanga (45 mins · £80)
Gentle stimulation of the digestive system and abdominal muscles and tissues. * Client is required to inform Therapist of any surgeries or medical issues related to your stomach.

Back Massage- Prishta Abhyanga (45 mins · £80)
Focused treatment to release upper or lower back tightness and promote mobility. This treatment also helps with Lymphatic Drainage & reduces muscle tension in the shoulders and back. * Client is required to inform Therapist of any surgeries or medical issues related to your back.

Hand Massage- Hasta Abhyanga (45 mins · £70)
A soothing massage for the arms and hands that reduces dryness, improves joint flexibility, and enhances relaxation.

Foot Massage- Pada Abhyanga (45 mins · £70)
A relaxing massage of the feet, soles, and calves. Improves circulation, relieves fatigue, and grounds the energy

    Full Body Energy Point Massage- Marma Abhyanga (90 mins · £135)
    Focuses on the body’s vital energy points (marmas) to release blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. Enhances circulation, tissue repair, and vitality.

    Full Body Herb Bundle Massage- Pinda Sveda (60 mins · £105 / 90 mins · £135)
    Warm herb bundles are massaged into the body to ease joint pain, arthritis, muscle stiffness, and toxin build-up. Therefore, attention is also given to improving the Lymphatic System. This treatment promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

    Full Body Herbal Scrub- Udvartana (60 mins · £105)
    An invigorating herbal paste massage that exfoliates the skin, stimulates the Lymphatic System, improves, circulation, and supports detoxification and fluid retention, swelling, inflammation and feelings of heaviness and bloating.

  • Shirodhara- Forehead Treatment

    A continuous stream of warm herbal oil flows over the forehead to calm the mind, ease anxiety, and support restful sleep.

    Note: This is an oily head treatment and will require having a head wash after the treatment.

    Basti Treatments:

    Warm oil therapy for deeper tissue rejuvenation applied in a local area of treatment.

    A ring of dough is applied to the area of treatment. Then warm herbal oil is poured into this well and held on the targeted area. The effect is to nourish joints, ease pain, and promote deep relaxation. You can discuss which treatment might suit you best.

    Lower Back- Kati Basti (45 mins · £95)

    Good for lower back pain, sciatica and constipation

    Upper Back/Neck- Greeva Basti (45 mins · £95)

    Relieves tension in shoulders/ neck and improves circulation issues

  • Treatments are by appointment only.

  • Ayurvedic massage cannot be performed during pregnancy (unless using Garbhini massage), menstruation, or with local injuries or swelling.

  • Packages exclude the cost of herbs and oils.

  • All clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to settle before their session.

  • Your Ayurvedic consultation will include a detailed health and medical history, along with an Ayurvedic pulse and tongue diagnosis.

    Your Ayurvedic consultant will then provide you with a tailored Diet & Lifestyle programme of detoxification techniques, dietary and lifestyle changes, suggested Ayurvedic herbal supplements, and recommendations for specialised Ayurvedic body treatments to rebalance the body. (the suggested Ayurvedic herbal supplements and Ayurvedic body treatments in the tailored programme are all a separate cost)

    The Ayurvedic Consultation will inform you of where the focus will be to reduce the build-up of toxins if seen and to bring back the balance in your health.

  • It will depend on the individual and their presentation. The Plan itself starts at 4 weeks and often rolls over until the individual finds the change needed. 

  • Yes, although pulse readings are not available for online consultations.

  • This is where the Ayurvedic Consultant gets an update on the status of the individual during their Therapy Plan or at the end of it.

    The Ayurvedic Consultant may or may not take another tongue/pulse reading and may suggest herb or massage treatment changes.

  • It involves the use of natural medicated herbal oils and healing stroke techniques customised to an individual’s unique body (dosha) type.

    All Ayurvedic Massage treatments are tailored to an individual’s needs and aim to help to: detoxify, cleanse, rejuvenate and balance the body. Best to wear clothes that you don’t mind oil on.

  • Yes. Yoga is actually included as part of one of the 5 Approaches of Ayurveda in a Diet & Lifestyle Therapy Plan. They both aim to enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being.

    The practice of Yoga is more concerned with the mind and physiology aspects of one’s body whereas Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of medicine with its own unique pharmacological principles.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change.

    • Please note we have a 24hr cancellation and amendment policy. 

    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

    • If we/you need to reschedule your session, you must give more than 24hrs notice ahead of your appointment. You’ll be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

    • Packages (such as the Surya Diet & Lifestyle Package) must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions after expiry are non-refundable.

    • Digital products (such as guides and downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.
